How to attach hooks on 24″ × 36″ horizontal frames: Place each of the mounting hooks 1 inch (2.5 cm) from frame corners when hanging horizontally.

Personalized Family Name Framed Print

Your family name, the year it all started, and everyone in it. Framed and ready to hang in the hallway, it's a housewarming or wedding gift that grows more meaningful each year.

You might give it at Christmas, when the whole family is under one roof and a new name has joined the list. Or you might give it to a couple after their wedding, with their new family name and the year they started. Either way, it is a gift that says this home belongs to these people.

You fill in three lines: the family name (up to 16 characters), a Since line (up to 12), and the names (up to 36). Each line can use any of 22 fonts, or your own font file, and you choose the text colour and product colour: Black, White or Red Oak. It comes in 8″×10″, 12″×16″ or 18″×24″, printed on thick matte paper in an Ayous wood frame from renewable forests. It has a lightweight Acrylite front protector, and hanging hardware is included.

How many names fit on the family name framed print?
The names line holds up to 36 characters, such as "Sara · Omar · Adam · Lina". The family name line holds 16 characters and the Since line holds 12. You see the result live before you order.
Can I change the names after I order?
Yes. You can change anything for free for 4 hours after paying. After that it goes to print, which takes 2–5 business days. Because it is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint or refund it.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
The preview sets your words on a real photo of this framed print, in the font and colour you picked. We print your design at full resolution, so it comes out sharper than on screen. Colours can look slightly different on screens and fabric.
Can I change it after I order?
Yes, for 4 hours after you pay you can change anything for free, or cancel for a full refund. Just reply to your order confirmation email.
Can I return it?
Because it's made just for you, we can't take returns for size or change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us photos within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
Can I use my own font?
Yes. Open any line's font menu and choose "Upload your own font" (TTF, OTF or WOFF). Only upload fonts you have the right to use.
