Every Sonaday design can be made yours. Depending on the design you can add names, dates, places and a short message, choose the font, the text colour and the product colour, or upload your own photo and crop it. The preview shows it on the real product as you go.

Yes. The preview updates as you type and choose, and shows your design as it will be printed. At checkout you confirm you've checked it, so nothing is a surprise.

Each text slot has a limit so your words fit the printed area and nothing gets cut off or squeezed. The editor shows how many characters are left as you type.

No. Embroidered products are text-only, with a fixed set of fonts, because thread can't reproduce photos. Photo uploads are available on designs that have a photo slot.

The editor shows a print quality meter. We aim for 150 pixels per inch at the printed size, and we block photos below 100 pixels per inch because they would print blurry. A sharp, well-lit photo where the subject fills the frame works best.

Photos of celebrities, brand logos, copyrighted characters or other people's artwork, and anything hateful, sexual or illegal. Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use. We may refuse any order that breaks these rules, with a full refund.

An optional extra after you pay. You get about $1 of credit to edit your photo with a prompt, using third-party AI image models. AI only ever edits the photo; names and dates stay as the real text you typed, so AI can't misspell them. Your original is always one tap away.

No. Before payment, everything you do (typing, choosing styles, uploading and cropping a photo) runs in your browser, and no AI is involved.

Nothing changes and nothing waits: your order goes into production exactly as you designed it. If you open the studio, your order waits for you for up to 48 hours; if you don't choose a version by then, we print your original. AI credit has no cash value and isn't refundable on its own.

Before you pay. The preview shows your design exactly as it will be printed. At checkout, you tick a box to confirm you've checked the names, dates, spelling and photo. There's no separate approval email to wait for.

Yes, for 4 hours. For 4 hours after you pay, you can change anything for free or cancel for a full refund: just reply to your order confirmation email. After that, your order goes into production and can't be changed.

About a day after your order arrives, we email you once with a private link to review what you bought, so only buyers can review. We publish every review, good or critical, and never edit what you write. We only hold back reviews with links, contact details or abuse, whatever their rating. Your first name and last initial are shown only if you choose; otherwise it says Verified buyer. Ask us any time to remove your review or its photo.

You are. Names, dates and photos in the design you approve at checkout are printed exactly as shown, so please check them carefully before you pay.

Each item is made to order, which takes 2 to 5 business days once printing starts (4 hours after you pay). US delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days after that; international delivery takes 5 to 20 business days.

Shipping depends on the product and where it's going. You'll see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.

We ship to most countries. Enter your address at checkout to see the shipping cost and delivery estimate for where you are.

In some destinations, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. Items may ship from different production facilities, and the carrier or customs office sets these charges, not us.

Every Sonaday item is made just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, colour or change of mind. You can change anything for free, or cancel for a full refund, within 4 hours of paying.

Email us photos within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, and we'll reprint it or refund you.

Tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll resend it.

We'll resend your order once you've confirmed the correct address. Reshipping is at your cost.

Personalized items made to your specifications are an exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected.

We use your photos only to make, preview and deliver your order. Uploaded photos and AI images are deleted 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a reprint claim is still open. A photo you add to a review stays up as long as your review does.

No. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the store, such as our payment providers and our production partner, and only for that purpose.

We don't use your images to train AI. If you choose to use the AI Studio, your photo and prompt are sent to a third-party model only to make your edit.
