Can I put Papa or Pops instead of Grandpa?
Yes. The big word can be anything up to 10 characters, so Grandpa, Papa, Pops or another name he goes by all fit. The second line holds up to 28 characters, like "of Mia, Leo & Ava".
How does the hoodie fit, and what should I know before ordering?
It's a relaxed unisex fit with dropped shoulders, offered in S, M, L, XL and 2XL. The brushed inside can shed a little lint, so avoid wearing dark colours under light ones, and the other way around.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
The preview sets your words on a real photo of this hoodie, in the font and colour you picked. We print your design at full resolution, so it comes out sharper than on screen. Colours can look slightly different on screens and fabric.
Can I change it after I order?
Yes, for 4 hours after you pay you can change anything for free, or cancel for a full refund. Just reply to your order confirmation email.
Can I return it?
Because it's made just for you, we can't take returns for size or change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us photos within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
