What sizes does the couple names mug come in, and how big are they?
You can choose 11 oz or 15 oz. The 11 oz mug is 3.8 inches tall and 3.2 inches across. The 15 oz mug is 4.7 inches tall and 3.3 inches across. Both are microwave and dishwasher safe.
Can I change the names or the year after I order?
Yes. You can change anything for free for 4 hours after you pay. After that the mug goes into production, and because it's made to order, it can't be returned for change of mind. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, it's reprinted or refunded.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
The preview sets your words on a real photo of this mug, in the font and colour you picked. We print your design at full resolution, so it comes out sharper than on screen. Colours can look slightly different on screens and fabric.
Can I change it after I order?
Yes, for 4 hours after you pay you can change anything for free, or cancel for a full refund. Just reply to your order confirmation email.
Can I return it?
Because it's made just for you, we can't take returns for size or change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us photos within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
Can I use my own font?
Yes. Open any line's font menu and choose "Upload your own font" (TTF, OTF or WOFF). Only upload fonts you have the right to use.
